How to use the A4 poster template:

1. Click on a Canva template you like and select 'use template'.
2. Sign up for a free account.
3. Select upload from the toolbar on the left-hand side.
4. Select upload media. 
5. Upload your logo from your device.
6. Click on the blue box and text that says 'insert your logo here' and delete them.
7. Drag the logo you just uploaded where the blue box used to be.
8. Double click on the text box and insert your company URL to sign in to the platform.  
9. Make it an active hyperlink by:
   1. Highlight the whole URL 
   2. Copy it by pressing 'Ctrl' and 'C'
   3. Select the hyperlink button in the top right corner 
   4. Paste the URL in by pressing "Ctrl' and 'V'
   5. Select apply.
10. Select download and the file type 'PDF Print' 

The PDF should be in your downloads folder on your computer ready for use.

How to use the social media template:

1. Select 'use template'.
2. Sign up for a free account.
   
3.  Double click on the text box and insert your company URL to sign in to the platform. 
4. We have included suggested text to accompany the social media post in the template. You can find the suggested text in the notes icon above your design: 
5. Select download and the file type 'PNG'.

You can use this social media post on your public social media accounts or internally through platforms such as Yammer.
