How do I enable Credit Card payment method for my employees?

As the authorised contact for your company, email your Good2Give Client Relations Manager or workplacegiving@good2give.ngo with a request for the Credit Card payment method to be enabled for your employees - make sure to include a start date. 

We will confirm with you via email when the Credit Card payment method has been enabled for your employees.

Once enabled, your donors will be able to see Credit Card as a payment method available in their My Giving screen in the Giving Platform.

How do I know if I'm the authorised contact for my company?

You will have log-in access to your company's Good2Give Employee Centre.
