If an employee is either not eligible to donate in that deduction period ($0.00 deduction) or they are not eligible to donate the full amount they have requested, you will need to import a payroll changes file to the platform.

Please note that the Import Payroll Changes process does not apply to clients utilising FTP since the changes file is imported automatically at night as part of the automation.
