• Digital Wallet Options for Credit Card Giving

Digital Wallet options are now available for credit card giving.  Donors can now setup a new payment method and donate using a credit card stored in their digital wallet on their phone (or other supported device).

Digital wallet options are available on supported or compatible devices:

• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

To make a donation using a digital wallet payment method:

• An employee needs to have a supported digital wallet on their device with a valid payment method accepted by their issuer.
• Setup a new payment method in the Workplace Giving Platform employee profile by:
  1. Selecting Credit Card as the payment method next to the donation.
  2. Selecting Apple Pay or Google Pay from the payment method list drop down.

     

  3. Proceed to setup the digital wallet and select a credit card by following the prompts

     

                  

  4. Once the digital card has been setup, the digital wallet payment method appears selected for the donation.
  5. Click Save my Giving to proceed to make a payment.
